Some town emergency plans consist of multiple volumes with great attention
to detail. Others are more general.
Your Town's Emergency Plan
Wherever you live in Tompkins County, your town has an emergency plan that details exactly what should happen in specific emergency situations. You are allowed access to that plan by calling the town office and asking for it.
The Official Tompkins County Emergency Plan is available at the Emergency Response Center at 92 Brown Road next to the Ithaca Airport.
People who may benefit from looking at their town's emergency plan are:
